Cowboy Mouth
Nothing can capture the essence of this band except for a live show. I've been a fan since the founding members split from Dash Rip Rock. Starting on the college circuit (at least 13 years ago), they've steadily built their fan base into an army. You haven't seen a great fun live show until you see these guys.

Dave Matthews Band
Probably my favorite "jam" band. Even though named after the found/lead singer Dave Matthews, every musician in the group is a top player. Check out Carter Beauford on the drums. Probably my favorite drummer of the late 90s forward. They play some of the best hang out and great listening music around. The site is full of pictures, tour dates, links, history, store, etc.

Elixir Strings
Friend of mine turned me on to Elixir strings. They have very thin poly coating that keeps oil from your fingers from soaking in and degrading the performance, tone, and duration. Few bucks extra per set, but they last more than twice as long as other strings. Sound great too!

A great country band I played with, based in central Arkansas. Troy is a phenomenal lead singer, lead guitar, mandolin, dobro, and fiddle player.
